Order Processing Time

Every rug is crafted with patience and precision, not mass-produced.
Each piece is hand-tufted in small batches — woven, trimmed, and finished by hand to achieve rich textures and long-lasting value.

Production Time
5–10 business days of careful craftsmanship before shipment.
Weekends and public holidays are excluded.

Processing & Shipping
📦 Once completed, every rug is inspected, cleaned, and securely packed before dispatch.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

✨ Because each rug is crafted individually, small variations in color and texture are part of its charm — a sign of genuine hand-work and authenticity.
If order volume is high, we’ll notify you by email for any minor delays.


Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped directly from our studio in Indonesia.
We partner with international express couriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery worldwide.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders — no hidden costs.

All rugs are shipped using trusted global couriers:
DHL Express, UPS Worldwide Expedited, or FedEx International Priority.

Estimated Delivery Time
✈️ 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery time may vary slightly depending on customs clearance and local courier schedules.

We handle all shipping arrangements and documentation to ensure a smooth, worry-free delivery straight to your door.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number.
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after dispatch.

All Rugoora prices are tax included (DPP) — so you pay exactly what you see at checkout.
No hidden charges, no unexpected costs.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide with Free Express Shipping.
However, a few regions may have limited access to international express delivery.

If your location is not supported, our team will contact you promptly to offer:

  • an alternative shipping solution, or
  • a full refund, if delivery is not possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Rugoora is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping.
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim and email us at support@rugoora.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
